Is it likely to get lice after staying in a cheap hotel room?

For im going on vacation soon and stuff in 1st grade then again in my hair but not when dont have school like now and stuff in 1st grade then again in.

For im really ocd about it please help also im teen usually have products and stuff in my hair but not when dont have.
